Becky Flanery - Becky Flanery is an award-winning, professional photographer based in Lexington, Kentucky. She is a University of Kentucky Alumna, artist and business owner. Her work ranges from Fine Art to commercial portraiture. She's had the opportunity to display her work in national galleries and publications as well as teach workshops and mentor sessions to aspiring photographers.
Darold Giles - Darold Giles is a Certified Prime-Time Health Instructor. He has been a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute Certified Health Coach since 2016 and enjoys teaching the Prime-Time Health series of classes to groups large and small. Darold holds a Bachelor of Arts from Morehead State University. He has always enjoyed sports and exercise. While attending Morehead State University he served as strength & conditioning coach for the Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams; and was a competitive collegiate cheerleader winning the school’s first national championship in 1988. He is passionate about teaching Dr. Sears’ philosophies and is thankful he has the opportunity to inspire others to actively live life and not just watch it go by.
Sara Johnson - Sara Johnson is a certified athletic trainer, registered orthopedic technologist and an EKU graduate. She received a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training in 2016 and a Masters degree in Physical Education in 2017. She is very passionate about physical activity for all ages!
Josh Kegley - Josh Kegley works in EKU Communications and Brand Management as a writer, editor and content strategist. He graduated from EKU in 2007 with a journalism degree. He has written crime stories for the Lexington Herald-Leader, produced investigative news reports at LEX 18 and written marketing and PR communications for Big Ass Fans.
Brandon Moore - Brandon Moore is Director of Brand Management at EKU, where he leads a talented team to build the University's digital and print presence.
Jill Moseley - Jill has been weaving baskets for nine years and teaching workshops for 4 years. She has taught adults, 4-H programs, elementary school children and church youth group workshops.
Lisa Oakes - Lisa teaches Computer Appications courses in the Applied Engineering and Technology department, as well as various business-related topics for the Workforce Development department at EKU. She received her BS in Business Education from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville and her MA in Education from EKU. She has taught for a number of years in various settings, including public school, public university, career colleges, prison system, and Community Education.
Cindy Reed - Cindy Reed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree from the University of Kentucky. She practices Yoga with a commitment to use the physical practice of Yoga to cultivate joy & increased energy - opening up to the beauty and opportunity of the world in front of us. Cindy trained with Amanda McMaine, Judith Lasater & Angela Farmer and has been sharing her practice as a yoga instructor since 2003. Classes are basic level and focused on breath awareness and alignment- while building overall flexibility, core & upper body strength - all in a nurturing environment.
Pat Rogers - Pat Rogers, RN, is a 1966 graduate of Good Samaritan School of Nursing. She became a certified Body Recall Beginning (Level 1) teacher in 2005 and then in 2007, she became certified as an Intermediate (Level 2) teacher and in 2013 became a Body Recall exemplary teacher. Pat is also certified in Special Populations and Smart Moves, a physical fitness program for children/youth.
C.B. Watson - C.B. Watson has taught tennis for Community Education for several years and has over 30 years of coaching experience.
Erica Williams - Erica is a Special Education teacher in Fayette County. She has a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education and a Master of Education with a Literacy endorsement. She earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology at EKU and has several hobbies that include bracelet making, reading, baking and cooking.
Pat Williams - Pat Williams is a watercolor artist based in Richmond, KY. Her previous experience as a professional horticulturist and her great love for the natural world is reflected in her paintings. Her work can be seen in various exhibits supported by the Danville Community Arts Center and other venues throughout the Bluegrass region of Kentucky.
